CHAMP MC
Two worlds, one economy. Build and survive, then jump into minigames - and use the same Shards in both.
TWO WORLDS. ONE WALLET.
A player-driven SMP. The economy is built by players: sell your items on the auction, earn money and climb the tops.
Jump into 18 minigames, win matches and earn Shards. Spend them in the minigames and in the SMP.
CHOOSE YOUR RANK
Ranks work on both Survival and Minigames. Enter your Minecraft nickname at checkout.
By playing on CHAMP MC (play.champmc.com) or joining our Discord you agree to follow these rules. Staff have the final say, and rules can change at any time.
GENERAL
- No hacked clients, cheats or unfair mods (x-ray, kill aura, fly, freecam, radar, auto-clickers, macros).
- No exploiting bugs or duplicating items. Report bugs in Discord instead.
- No lag machines or farms built to crash or slow the server.
- No real-money trading of items, currency or ranks outside the official store.
- No impersonating staff, and no sharing or asking for passwords or private information.
- Accounts: 2 account(s) per person. Alts may never be used in the same arena or to move money, shards or items between your own accounts.
- No AFK macros or scripts to bypass AFK detection.
ARCADE
- No win trading or boosting: do not throw matches so a friend or alt can win.
- Rewards are only paid when an arena has at least 8 players. Staff may reverse rewards earned through abuse.
- Monthly and yearly prizes: one per person, and staff may disqualify players who broke the rules.
- Stay active in matches. AFK players may be removed.
CHAT
- Be respectful. No harassment, slurs, hate speech or threats.
- No spam, begging or advertising other servers.
- No doxxing or sharing of personal information.
- No NSFW content in chat, names, skins, signs or builds.
DONATIONS
- Purchases are digital and final. Refunds are only given where required by law or by the store’s own terms.
- A chargeback or payment dispute results in a permanent ban and the removal of what you purchased.
- Ranks can be removed if you break the rules, without refund.
- CHAMP MC is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
PUNISHMENTS
- Minor or first offences: warning or mute (1-24 hours).
- Repeat offences: temporary ban (1-7 days).
- Permanent ban: hacked clients, duping, real-money trading, doxxing, NSFW content, ban evasion, chargebacks.
- Not knowing the rules is not an excuse. Staff decisions are final, but you can appeal through a Discord ticket.
These terms apply to the CHAMP MC Minecraft servers (play.champmc.com), our Discord and our store at champmc.tebex.store (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them.
1) WHO CAN USE THE SERVICES
You need your own Minecraft account. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything in the store.
2) NOT AFFILIATED WITH MOJANG
CHAMP MC is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. We follow the Minecraft EULA and Commercial Usage Guidelines.
3) STORE PURCHASES
- Payments are handled by Tebex, a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
- Enter your Minecraft nickname correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for items delivered to a wrong nickname that you typed.
- Ranks (PRIME, PRIME+, CHAMP) and Shards are digital items. They are delivered in-game automatically after payment, usually within a few minutes.
- Prices and the payment methods available are shown at checkout.
4) MONTHLY RANKS
Ranks are sold per month. If you buy a rank as a recurring subscription, it renews automatically until you cancel it through Tebex. After cancelling you keep your rank until the paid period ends.
5) REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS
Because digital items are delivered immediately, purchases are final and not refundable, except where the law says otherwise or where we decide to make an exception. If something went wrong with your order, open a ticket in our Discord first.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us can lead to a permanent ban and the removal of the items you purchased.
6) VIRTUAL ITEMS
Ranks, Shards and other items have no real-world value, are not your property and cannot be sold or transferred. We may change, rebalance or replace perks over time to keep the game fair.
7) BANS AND PURCHASES
If you are banned for breaking the server rules, you are not entitled to a refund or compensation for unused rank time or lost items.
8) AVAILABILITY
The Services are provided "as is". We try to keep the servers online, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and we may restart, change or shut down parts of the Services at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost items or progress caused by bugs, crashes, hackers or downtime.
9) PUBLIC STATS
Your Minecraft username and in-game stats (such as balance, Shards and minigame results) may be shown publicly on our leaderboards.
10) CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the Services after a change means you accept it.

This policy explains what information CHAMP MC ("we", "us") collects when you use our Minecraft servers (play.champmc.com), our Discord and our store, and what we do with it.
1) WHAT WE COLLECT
- Account identifiers: your Minecraft UUID and username.
- Connection data: your IP address and login times, used for security and to stop ban evasion.
- Gameplay data: stats, balance, Shards, playtime and minigame results.
- Moderation data: chat and command logs, and your mute and ban history.
- Support data: Discord tickets and their transcripts, including any screenshots or links you send us.
- Purchase data: when you buy from the store, Tebex gives us your Minecraft username, the package you bought, the amount and a transaction ID, and may include your email address. We do not receive your card details.
2) WHY WE USE IT
- To run the servers and keep your progress.
- To protect players: moderation, anti-cheat and fighting ban evasion.
- To deliver and support your purchases.
- To show leaderboards.
3) PUBLIC INFORMATION
Your username and in-game stats can appear on our public leaderboards. If you want to be removed from them, contact us.
4) WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We do not sell your data. We only share it with services we need to run CHAMP MC, such as Tebex (payments), Discord (community and support) and our hosting providers, and with the authorities if the law requires it. These services have their own privacy policies.
5) HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep data for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Chat logs are kept for a limited time. Punishment and ticket records may be kept longer so we can enforce bans and handle appeals.
6) YOUR CHOICES
You can ask us what we store about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may keep what we need for security, moderation or legal reasons. To make a request, open a ticket in our Discord.
7) SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online service can be completely secure.
8) YOUNGER PLAYERS
Many Minecraft players are young. We only collect the information described here. If you are a parent or guardian and want your child's data reviewed or deleted, contact us.
